3. Authorized Reseller Status
We are an Authorized Reseller for Telekom Malaysia (TM).
Role: We act as a third-party sales agent to facilitate your registration and subscription to TM/Unifi services.
Service Provider: All internet, telephone, and multimedia services are provided directly by TM. We do not own, operate, or maintain the network infrastructure.
TM Terms: By subscribing to a plan through us, you are also subject to the Master Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.
4. Service Availability & Installation
Coverage: Service availability is subject to TM’s network coverage check. We cannot guarantee availability until a technical check is completed.
Installation: Installation appointments are managed by TM’s technical team. While we assist in scheduling, we are not liable for delays, rescheduling, or technical issues caused by the service provider.
5. User Responsibilities
When submitting an application form or contacting us, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information (including MyKad/Passport copies) as required for registration.
Ensure you have no outstanding blacklisted accounts with TM that would prevent new registration.
6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
By submitting your details to HEYBIBI MARKETING, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Purpose: Your data is collected solely for the purpose of checking coverage and registering your account with Telekom Malaysia.
Third-Party Disclosure: We will share your necessary details (Name, IC, Address) directly with TM systems to process your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
HEYBIBI MARKETING shall not be liable for:
Network interruptions, speed issues, or downtime (these are under TM’s purview).
Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
